414 Hotel

We couldn't find better place for our one week stay in New York. Everything has gone perfectly starting from the check-in, managed in a very simple way through door code shared at the entry day. Room and bathroom are big enough for 2 people and furnished will all needs. Common space at ground level is comfortable and equipped with nice coffee machine. The hotel is located in a quiet spot, but few minutes walk from Port Authority Bus Station and main subways stations which make it perfect as starting point for a complete tour of the city. When needed, staff is fully available and polite in a very smart way through phone.

The adaptive reuse of the building made the hotel a unique location, especially around plenty of places to eat.

The room was bigger than expected (when compared to other places in NY). It is very close by foot to Times Square, and the surrounding area. How water, the room was clean, the entire check in and check out process was very simple

The location is just perfect - walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. However, the district by itself is a bit dirty with some sketchy people around. Everything is very clean inside the hotel. I liked the communication with the virtual guest desk - always very prompt and helpful. There is a kitchenette in the lobby with a coffee machine and microwave, that's very helpful. In general, I liked my stay in Kasa.

very clean, secure and quiet. the room was huge and comfortable with everything i needed for my stay. the shared kitchen facilities were also very handy.
