Friendly, helpful staff. The room and restroom were clean and cozy with ice cold AC and windows to see outdoors. Location is within a few minutes, less than 10 walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Time Square activities! Benches on the porch front of the hotel make for a nice touch to sit outside and relax. The hotel provides excellent security! Each room has a unique code security system to access the rooms, and the front door to walk into the hotel is always locked. You ring a doorbell for staff to recognize you and allow entrance. I really appreciate these safety features. Oh, and there is a safe in each room if needed. There is a lively hookah bar next door if you enjoy that sort of thing.

Loved the location of the hotel. Heading east on 46th st, there were a lot of nighttime bars, restaurants, breakfast options, pizza places which was so convenient. Area felt super safe. the guy who check people in/out were nice. If you are taking big luggage(s), be prepared to carry up flight of stairs, as there is no elevator to get my suitcase up but the guy helped me. Microwave, ice, coffee is available on the main floor. The room itself was nice. The bed was comfy, as well as the pillows. There is a closet and microwave in the room. AC available in room. Shower pressure hit the spot. Yes, there are signs of wear but if you’re looking for a place close to time square or the subway, and you’re not worried about it and are trying to save money, this is the spot! Overall, great place and will definitely book again!

The friendly staff (Vanessa we love you), the prime location, the low cost, the cleaning services, the free water and coffee! Great value for money!!! If you're looking for an affordable place to rest your head and a warm shower in a prime location - that's your place. However this is not a 5 star hotel. Do not expect one. The building is hostel like and fairly old but it's got everything you need.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from Times Square and even less of a walk to a restaurant. The room was good, it was clean and the ac worked. The bed was a little sturdy for my taste but beyond that it was good. Every time we passed by the front desk, we were greeted by someone.

It was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. Linnens were clean and bed and pillows confortables.

The staff was so accommodating and kind and helpful! They really take pride in their facility. I’m used to booking chain hotels, and didn’t know what to expect, because it was such a great value. Was it fancy? No. But it was clean and safe and in a great location with the nicest staff!

Very centric to Hells Kitchen and Subway Access to greater NY. Lots of 24hr bodegas and delis walking distance. Lots of food options that vary, safe nighttime walking for LGBTQ+ individuals and close proximity to bars and clubs. Hotel is clean and more bare bones for the value. Room is spacious with high ceilings.

I loved the location of the hotel! It was so close to the liveliness of NYC. The workers were so friendly and always smiled when coming and going. I like how the hotel looked like a historic property, yet the rooms were so large.
